If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you are covered under our 30-day money back guarantee*. Any first order up to 1 bag (15 stick packs), unopened or not, is eligible for a full refund, minus shipping and handling fees. All other units/orders are final sale. To request a refund or exchange, please send an email to with your name, order number, and reason for the request, within 30 days of receiving your first shipment.


We will do our best to address any changes to an order before it ships, but once packages enter processing and a return label has been created, they cannot be canceled or modified. In these cases, orders may be eligible for a return. Please send our team an email to with your name and order number.


While not frequent, accidents may occasionally happen while in transit. If the product you received was damaged, please reach out and send us a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Any returns/exchanges that get lost upon shipping will not be refunded unless a valid tracking number is provided.
